Packages:
£3000 - Minimum spend for weekend weddings booked April to September.
£1500 - Minimum spend for weddings booked during weekdays, during the months of October - March and for micro weddings.
The quote we create you will be bespoke and unique to the designs and floral ingredients you share with us.
There will be no hidden costs
Your bespoke quote will include your floral arrangements, any hire items discussed and a service charge (This is standard practice).
Our services for 2026-2027 are currently VAT exempt.
Why we have a minimum spend?
We take on a limited number of weddings each season and carefully choose to work with couples who align with our style and ethos. Taking on a limited number of weddings means that we allow the creative space and energy needed to make sure your wedding florals are nothing short of amazing!

Founder Polly will be the creative director for each wedding, taking the time to fine tune all the beautiful ideas and concepts you choose and make them a reality. Each stem will be carefully chosen by Polly before Polly and the team delve into creating some truly magic florals for your day! On the day, Polly or one of her fabulous floral freelancers will be with you ready to create some serious WALB floral magic.

1) Once you have sent in your enquiry form, a member of the team will be in touch to schedule your initial consultation. You will also be asked to share any inspo photos or mood boards you have to help guide the consultation.
2) Your consultation will take place virtually via google meet and typically last 30 minutes. During this consultation. What a Lovely Bunch consultations are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and your preferred time will be accommodated.
3) Your quote and a summary of the consultation will be emailed across for you and your partner to review.
4) Once you are happy with your quote, you will be given details on how to Save the date.
5) It’s now time to get Designing. We will create your bespoke mood boards to help you visualise every floral aspect of your day.
6) A 4-6 week check in will be scheduled ahead of your wedding date to finalise any last little details.
7) On your wedding day, the WALB team will arrive at the agreed time to start setting up your florals and deliver any personal flowers at your chosen time and location.
8) After your wedding, the WALB team will commence set down. Each venue is different so this may be completed the night of your wedding or day after. Some couples choose to have a ‘flower pop up service’ for their guests, let us know if this is something you would like to book.

From our first call with Polly we just knew she was “the one” for us.
She instantly grasped our vision – a chic, contemporary celebration by the sea with a bold, bright colour palette – and was clearly so excited to bring it to life.
Her enthusiasm was infectious and we left the meeting even more buzzing than we had been beforehand. She quickly came back to us with a quotation that helpfully broke down all our options, including some additional floral design touches that she thought we would like based on hearing our story. She really took the time to listen and get to know us and it showed. She presented us with stunning mood boards that illustrated the concept and colour palette, really helping to see how everything would come together.
On the day itself, her work was nothing short of breathtaking. Even guests who professed to “not really care for flowers” were blown away. The main ceremony arrangements, our buttonholes and our groomsmaids’ fantastic bouquets were all carefully curated to be elegant, impactful and modern.
Logistically, Polly was an absolute star. She managed the entire floral setup with precision, first staging everything perfectly at our ceremony venue and then rearranging everything to our reception location. This smooth transition was a huge relief and allowed us to simply enjoy our day.
Polly incorporated tropical fruits directly into our floral “tablescapes” for our wedding breakfast, a touch of whimsy that we and all our guests really enjoyed.
So many of our guests commented on how stunning and unique the floral design was throughout our day. Polly didn't just provide flowers; she truly transformed our venues and enhanced the experience. We couldn't have asked for a more talented, creative and dedicated florist.
